The 12V150AH LiFePO4 ABS Group 31 Battery from Volthium is specially manufactured for the clientele of Motorized Vehicles, boats, off-grid cabins, the trucking industry, and industrial applications.

Our 12V 150Ah is fully sealed IP66 and has the feature of easy access to the electronics (BMS). This makes it repairable in case of failure, even after the warranty has expired (limited warranty of 10 years).

In order to meet the requirements of ABYC (e.g.: Standard E-13), this battery features a sealed RJ45 (Ethernet) connector allowing the transmission of internal battery data to monitoring systems.
Indeed, ABYC requires that audible and/or visual alerts be sent before the automatic shutdown of the batteries.

The connectivity is used to transmit the internal information of the batteries to the Victron environment (via their VE.CAN protocol) thanks to our Volthium accessories (CommunicationHUB and Bluetooth accessory).
Another exclusivity resulting from our internal and exclusive development.

Not only does this LiFePO4 battery withstand vibrations, but it also has a discharge range superior to the competition. Indeed, this battery can be discharged down to -25 degrees, instead of -20 degrees from the competition.
This innovation is made possible thanks to the cells from the automotive industry that we use for our Volthium batteries.

If you choose the self-heating option, (SKU: 12.8-150-G31Y-CHSS) the battery can be charged down to -40 degrees.

Know that the intelligent system activates when you apply a charge to the battery while it is below zero.

BMS :

The heart ("core") of the BMS is produced by the American company Texas Instrument. This manufacturer of BMS microcontrollers is globally recognized in the field of electric vehicles, as well as for its long-standing collaboration with NASA and the U.S. military. The programming and communication protocols are entirely developed by our engineers in Quebec.

Cells:

The quality of LFP cells is paramount. Indeed, it is they who will ensure that you have a durable product with long-term reliable performance.

Our batteries are equipped with A+ GRADE prismatic cells, manufactured by a subsidiary of Volkswagen Group.
